| Angel is currently a high school teacher in Detroit, Michigan. Teaching has been a blessed career for her in the past six years. She is a graduate of Cass Technical high school and a graduate from Tennessee State University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology and Chemistry. She continued her education at Marygrove College to pursue a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership. Angel has also completed the Evangelical Training Association at Strictly Biblical Bible Teaching Ministries, which is the church that she attends. She started poetry for the first time in the summer of 1998. She was inspired to write as a result of a difficult situation that she encountered in her life. However, God has used her gift of poetry to deliver and heal her through the turmoil that she was faced with. Now, God has taken the poetry again, but He has used it to inspire and minister not just to her, but to all the people who will lend an ear. As a result, God has allowed her to record 2 poetry CDs and to travel and minister poetry all over the state of Michigan. However, dance is also another strong passion. She started tap dancing at Cass Technical high School for all four years. She continued to dance even up until college at Tennessee State University under the direction of Judy Gentry, where she studied ballet and modern. Dance was something that God continued to keep in her heart. In 2001, God allowed her to become apart of the dance ministry at Strictly Biblical Bible Teaching Ministries. In 2002, she was called to leadership and became the director of the adult and children’s dance ministry. In her aspiring motive to dance, she also became a member of the Spirit of the Moment Praise Dance Company. The passion for poetry and dance continues to grow as she hopes to continue these ministries full time for the rest of her days!
